“It takes a village”’ aptly reflects the ongoing commitment of our friends and supporters of Safe Haven Rescue Inc.  To rescue the horses of Safe Haven takes an inordinate amount of resources both in the form of our volunteers and caretakers, as well as in the day to day expenses of providing sustenance for the souls of Safe Haven.  Hay, feed, supplements, vaccinations, farrier and regular veterinary care are but a few of the expenses we must provide.  It is humbling to have to ask for donations,  but necessary to ensure we can supply our rescues with tools needed to appropriately care for them.  They all have endured trauma prior to gaining sanctuary at Safe Haven.  For fifty cents a day, you can help save a living soul from the horrific inhumane ending of the slaughter pipeline. It is within our power, IF we unite in this common goal.  With this in mind, we are imploring you to join our monthly automatic “ Save A Soul Village”sponsorship. 

 

Your $15.00 per month donation will ensure there is a clean, fresh bale of hay and a nourishing bucket of grain available to these souls who have had to endure the abuses of their past.  No longer discarded like unwanted refuse, but loved and caressed as the noble sentient beings they are, we humans can learn true appreciation of the gift of life from them. All one has to do is to peer  into the eyes of a rescue to conclude, “In rescuing these souls it is we who have been rescued.” Please join our village.
